But I assert that knowledge is not power. It is only potential power. If you attain knowledge and do nothing with it, then there is no expression of power in the world. It remained a good idea in your head that never came to fruition like the many New Year’s resolutions, which never made their way into reality. This section of the web site will be continually expanding its offering of educational articles that are easy to understand and authored by Alex Reyes himself. It contains very useful knowledge, but it is of course up to you to find some way to apply the knowledge. Albert Einstein once stated, “Imagination is more important than knowledge.” Depending on your circumstances you may have to use your imagination to very simply strategize a way to apply this knowledge in your life. It might mean finding a place to take a class, or hiring someone to coach you, or getting some friends and family to support you, or moving certain things in your life around in order to make time for this. It could even mean a combination of them all, but you may have to think about it a bit and then take action. Remember that action will be what makes it a concrete reality. Knowledge is a vehicle to be used to get you from point A to point B. But if you don’t get in the vehicle and start driving, you can’t possibly expect to get to anywhere. Remember the other adage, “You can’t there from here.”

The Engaged Fitness Online Articles:

Authentic Nutrition

The Importance of Posture
